The fitforhealth app is a practical collection of different test methods to record motor performance and endurance performance.
It arose from a health project of the German Sport University Cologne, the Fitness Olympiad.
This app allows (1) easy testing of individuals or groups.
(2) Depending on the age group, certain tests are recommended based on standard values, which can be carried out in self-instruction.
The structure and implementation of each test are described in the app and also explained in a video.
For the most part, only commercially available materials are required for the application.
(3) After completing a test, there is the option of having individual evaluations or evaluations in a group comparison (certificates) generated and sent by e-mail.
(4) The archived test results can be compared with the standard values ​​table.
